At Kingdom Keys Realty, we understand that every agent is at a different stage in their career. That’s why we offer a simple commission structure designed to give agents the opportunity to grow, keep more of their earnings, and build their own real estate business.
We offer two straightforward plans:
Our 100% Commission Plan is designed for experienced and producing agents who want to keep all of their commission while receiving broker support, transaction guidance, and the freedom to run their business their way. Agents on this plan pay a low monthly fee and a flat fee per closing, with no commission splits.
Our 80/20 Plan is designed for newer agents or agents who want more training, leads, and hands-on support while they build their business. This plan includes training, CRM access, and leads to help agents get started and grow their client base.
In addition to sales, Kingdom Keys Realty also offers opportunities in property management, working with investors, and access to private funding for investment opportunities. Our goal is not just to help agents close transactions, but to help them build long-term income and a real estate business.
